No, at all times you are completely in control.
Q. Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes, if they want to be because all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The Hypnotherapist acts as a facilitator guiding the client to the inner resources they need.

The benefits of hypnosis has been researched & studied for many decades & is a key factor in mind-body therapy.
Q. How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is individual & it really depends on how committed & willing you are to change or how deep rooted your problems are. Generally most people will have between 3 - 6 sessions. Each session is approximately 1 hour in length.
Q. What is a Personal Breakthrough Session?
A Personal Breakthrough Session is usually an entire day working through a major area of your life where you feel stuck & would like to change e.g. Relationships, Career, Fitness. This is usually 6 - 8 hours of intense therapy, with a follow-up session to integrate progress.
