Lori is a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher
& runs weekly Hatha Yoga classes in her local area of Northamptonshire: ~
Tuesdays 9.30am - 11.00am The Queen Victoria Hall, Oundle
Tuesdays 7.00pm - 8.30pm The Thrapston Plaza, Thrapston
Fridays 6.30pm - 8.00pm The Joan Strong Centre, Oundle
The classes are multi level & suitable for all (male & female)

Lori also works with groups & companies to deliver training in improving posture, breathing & stress management through Yoga techniques; & will tailor make One-to-One Hatha Yoga sessions to suit your individual needs.
One-to-One Hatha Yoga Class £30 per Hour
